Each bike is carefully selected, maintained and controlled by professionals to allow you to spend the best moments on your saddle. A wide range of bicycles and accessories are at your disposal.

For any bike rental, a helmet, a lock and the necessary equipment in case of repair/puncture will be provided. In case you rent an electric assist bike, the battery charger will also be delivered.

CONDITIONS OF USE

The customer acknowledges having been able to check the equipment, to find it according to his needs, in a good state of operation and maintenance. He certifies to be able to use the material, without danger for third parties. The different settings for size are the responsibility of the customer. Any modification by the customer, adjustments made by CYRPEO, will result in his responsibility.

Loss or disappearance, theft, breakage can not be guaranteed. Equipment lost, missing, stolen or broken will be charged 100% of the purchase price including VAT if material of the year, or with an allowance for obsolescence of 25% per year. The customer undertakes to use the equipment carefully and to maintain it in good used condition, to pay the repair costs whatever the cause, this being done by CYRPEO. If the repair is not possible, the compensation will be at the replacement price of the object.

The customer is responsible, in accordance with the common law of the damages caused to thirds following the use of the material of which it takes care. CYRPEO declines any responsibility in the event of accident or damage that may occur during the use of the rented equipment. Subletting or leasing of rented equipment is strictly prohibited. Neither the property plates affixed to the rented equipment nor the inscriptions on it must be removed or modified by the tenant. The equipment can not be assigned or given as a guarantee.

In the event of any dispute relating to this contract, the competent court will be that of the constituency on which CYRPEO depends.

Customer agrees to book at tourism professionals able to receive safely the equipment of SARL CYRPEO (bicycles, GPS, luggage etc ...). The accommodations must have wide opening areas to allow the teams of SARL CYRPEO to work from 8:00am to 7:00pm for pick up and delivery. The return of the bicycles is done in the secure premises of the accommodation and that of the GPS is done at the reception of the last hotel.
